What is FIT? It’s NOT a diet! It’s a lifestyle…
FIT is an exciting weight loss competition for ladies only. Here are the basics:
1.FIT is first and foremost a ladies’ weight loss competition with the only true rule being that the use of any and all diet products and weight loss aids are forbidden during the competition.
2.There are guidelines to help everyone do the best they can during the competition, but following that list is not mandatory.
3.Expect your lives (as far as eating and exercise habits) to be changed during the course of your FIT journey. That’s what sets us apart from diets: FIT is all about building simple habits for life and incorporating daily guidelines that can be carried into any lifestyle.
Click on the "Contact" tab to request to join FIT's private social media group for constant encouragement and that extra push of accountability. This group is also where important challenge announcements are shared.

SIGN-UPS FOR THE UPCOMING 8-WEEK CHALLENGES ARE OPEN! Sign up NOW through MARCH 17. Our weigh-in event will be held Wednesday, March 6 - Sunday, March 17. The entire challenge runs March 6 - May 12. Our final weigh-in event will be held Wednesday, May 8 - Sunday, May 12.
Click on the Join tab and check out the various challenges available. Before joining, be sure to read the Rules and Guidelines entirely. (YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO “SWITCH” TO A DIFFERENT CHALLENGE AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.)
After you join and pay for a challenge, you'll receive a confirmation email which includes your password for 8weekfit's Member Area. Be sure to download the New Member Booklet for helps in getting started and check out the super helpful Resources section while you're there.
During the flexible initial weigh-in time, you will 1) weigh in, 2) submit your scale weight picture, and 3) submit your full-length “before” picture under the Member Area tab.

"Which challenge should I take???"
Weight Loss Challenge ($25) - Competitors are split into age groups (18-39 and 40-up). If you have a significant amount to lose and feel you would do well competing against others, dive into the weight loss challenge. There is a high risk/reward factor. There will be A LOT of money up for grabs, with the number of prize winners determined by how many compete. Prize money will be awarded in pounds lost AND percentage lost in both age groups. Remember that no single person can place in more than one category, so when results are tallied, more and more names become winners.
2-4-6-8 Challenge ($24) - Pay $24 to try to lose 6% body weight in 8 weeks; anyone who does will split the pot! In this challenge, you are just competing against yourself.
Maintenance Challenge ($25) - This challenge was created for those ladies who have reached their goals to be able to help maintain their weight OR for those who have been discouraged and just need an easier “jumpstart.” ANYONE who loses any weight at all or even just maintains will split the pot at the end of the challenge. This challenge gains popularity as the year goes on as ladies reach their goals.
Join one challenge, two, or all three! You are eligible for prize money in each challenge you pay for and could possibly win in ALL THREE. Dive in. You'll have a great support team, and we will never try to push a product on you. It's rewarding and empowering when you realize this is how your body was designed to lose weight and be optimally healthy. Welcome to FIT!
